Gilder Lehrman Center Events

In December, 2017, the Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance, and Abolition will hold its nineteenth annual conference since its founding in 1998. During those nineteen years the Center has held hundreds of panels, book talks, evening lectures, special events, and  “Brown Bag lunch” talks featuring new research from our visiting fellows. These Conference and Events pages include current and past programming from the Gilder Lehrman Center.
