Know all men by these presents that I Charles Hall of the province of East floridia plan to for and in consideration of the sum of on hundred and thirty pounds current money of said province to me in hand paid at and before the Sealing and Delivering of these presents by John Linder for the Reciept whereof I do hereby Acknoweledge I have bargained, sold and by these presents do Bargain, sell and Deliver unto the said John Linder four Negroes Viz. Ned, June his wife and (sic) there two Children pol (Paul) and Marryann to have and to hold the said negroes Ned, June, Pol, and Marry unto the said John Linder, his Executors Administrators and Assigns To his and his only proper use and Behoof for Ever and I the said Charles Hall my Heirs Executors Adminstrators the said Bargained promises unto the Said John Linder his Executors Administration and Assigns from and against. All Persons shall and will warrant and for Ever Defend by these presents In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal. Dated 5th August and October 25th 1784.
